Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, if ordered through the website then your name and date of purchase should be enough information for us to find the proof of purchase.
If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will then email you with the address to send your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Even if the giclee print is not damaged if you are unsatisfied with it we will give a full refund minus all the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us and we will provide our address for returns.
Please return giclee prints in the protective packaging in which you received it.
Cards are non refundable unless damaged.
Original framed drawings are non refundable.
Return Shipping of Prints and Cards
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you return a giclee print and the print never arrives with us, then we cannot offer a refund.
If you are returning an undamaged print because you are unsatisfied with the product we cannot then refund you if the product arrives back with us damaged. In this case you would have to try and claim back the cost of print from the postal service you use. For this reason we strongly advice that you use shipping insurance when returning products.
Delivery of Original Drawings
Before ordering an original drawing online please get in touch to discuss shipping costs as this will vary with the different sizes of drawings and with the distance it must be shipped. Collection of artwork is usually the safest method of exchanging artwork but this is not always an option. If you do make an order of an original drawing through the website then please be aware that you will have to pay for any additional shipping within 14 days of the order.
Smaller pictures can be packaged and sent in their frame with the glass included. However for larger pictures there is a risk that the glass will break in transit and therefore we will have to discuss the various different methods of delivery: collection, the drawing sent unframed, the drawing sent in the frame without glass etc.
If the customer chooses to have the artwork delivered by courier they must decide if they want to insure the artwork being aware that many courter services do not compensate artwork with glass. Once the deliver method is decided I will securely package and post the drawing however the customer must take full responsibility for the state in which the picture arrives. If there is damage to the frame or drawing then this can be taken up with the courier service provided the customer has chosen to insure the parcel.
